  • Individual Therapy

    In person or virtual. I support youth to young adults who struggle with anxiety, phobias, depression, OCD, skin picking, tics and Tourettes.

  • Young Children and Teens

    In- person or virtual. My forte is working with young children and teens ages 3 to 18years old and their parents.

  • Parent Training

    In-person or virtual. I meet with parents struggling with how to navigate their child’s behavioral and mental health challenges. Together we will build skills, learn new communication strategies and create confidence in how you respond and guide your child.

  • In-home Sessions
