Dr. Jen
My love for supporting young children and their parents began when I was a ballet teacher in high school. I loved teaching children in the studio and more- I loved working with their parents.
Focusing first on young children and teens, I aimed to provide viable solutions to the stress that they and their parents face during the transformative years of growth. I find that working with the parents or caregivers is vital to the change seen in their children and family system. Over time, I expanded my scope to include young adults navigating their own life stressors, through college, career and identity formation. No matter the age, ethnicity, gender, or sexual orientation, I am passionate about guiding people toward relief, resilience, and empowerment.
